We have an extended experience in the conduct of carcinogenicity studies since we have in-house from 4 to 8 running each year.

Studies

Duration

  • 104 or 78 weeks for standard strains (SD, Wistar Han, Wistar, Fischer, CD-1, B6C3F1, C57Bl6)
  • 6 months for P53, rasH2 and XPA knock-out

Routes of administration:
  • Oral: gavage, dietary admixtures
  • Parenteral: subcutaneous, intramuscular, intraperitoneal
  • Dermal

Specialty services

Genomics: a very extended number of tissues can be collected and analyzed, including tumors (PCR, Affymetrix micro-chips).
